The Cloud City Wheelers – Leadville Winter Bike Series is a fat biking race series in Leadville, Colorado. In preparation for the Leadville 100 MTB last year, JB listened to all of the episodes of the Leadville: The 100-MIle MTB Race Podcast. One of the show’s guests was Sterling Mudge of the Cloud City Wheelers. He and the group seemed really great so we followed its Facebook page. It is definitely worth a follow and a visit to the group’s website. The group does a lot for the trails in the Leadville area and seem to put on a great fat bike series/group rides/other events.
Rather than put an entry for each of the fat bike races, we have provided a snippet about the series and schedule from the Event promoter below with a date range from the first to last event in the series.
